This page is designed to support event planners and organisers who are considering a Doctor Dance keynote. Here you’ll find an overview of the booking process, what to expect at each stage, and practical resources to make planning your event as smooth as possible.

We know planning a spectacular event takes a lot of time and money. Our goal is to make your job easier, make you look fantastic and ensure that your event is a huge success!

Start by completing the keynote booking enquiry form. This gives us the key details about your event so we can quickly assess availability and fit. Lindsey Lovatt will be in touch promptly to review your brief and discuss next steps. We’ll pencil in your booking date while we work on ironing out the details with you.
To secure your date in Peter’s calendar, you send us a non-refundable 50% deposit of the fee. We’ll also share our simple contract to review and sign. We can then book in your pre-event planning session with Peter.
Now it’s time to connect with you and your team, diving into the details of your event. We’ll cover your organisation, event theme, meeting objectives and industry trends. Peter will then work on customising your Doctor Dance Keynote Experience.
As the event nears, we’ll confirm the room setup and AV, provide any marketing materials or copies of Peter’s book needed, along with travel and other logistics. The remaining balance is due prior to the event.
The day of your Doctor Dance Keynote Experience has arrived! For international events, Peter generally arrives the day before, to do a tech check and go over other event production elements, to ensure everything runs smoothly.

If you’re exploring keynote options and would like to check availability or discuss your event in more detail, the next step is to submit a keynote booking enquiry.

1

He’s got brains, rhythm — and science to back it up.

Dr Peter Lovatt blends a PhD in Psychology with professional dance training and 20+ years of academic research. From neuroscience labs to TEDx stages, he brings intellectual authority with infectious energy.
2

He gets people out of their chairs — and into new ways of thinking.

No snoozing. No stale slides. Doctor Dance keynotes are high-participation, high-impact experiences where your audience will literally move through change, connection, and insight.
3

He’s the world’s only Dance Psychologist with his own framework.

Doctor Dance delivers more than motivation — he delivers a method. The STEP framework (Social, Thinking, Emotional, Physical) gives audiences tools they can use long after the applause.
4

Zero ego. 100% ease.

Organisers love working with Doctor Dance. He’s low-fuss, tech-friendly, and delightfully collaborative — the rare kind of speaker who’s both premium and a pleasure to partner with.
5

He’s a showman with substance.

Doctor Dance is part psychologist, part performer, and part pied piper of joyful movement. He weaves together science, story, humour and interaction into a keynote that hits hearts and heads.
6

From NHS to Google, his client list moves across sectors.

Whether it’s a healthcare summit, an education conference, or a corporate offsite, Doctor Dance adapts his delivery and message to fit the room — and elevate it.
7

He leaves a legacy, not just a moment.

Your audience won’t just remember him — they’ll use what he taught. His research-driven approach to wellbeing, creativity, and human connection helps build long-term cultural change.
8

He’s an energiser, not a filler.

Need someone to kickstart the day with energy? Re-engage a post-lunch slump? Close with a bang? Doctor Dance delivers at every moment — and gets the room buzzing.
9

He’s media-tested and stage-proven.

With appearances on BBC, Channel 4, ITV, and global platforms like TEDx, Doctor Dance knows how to read a room and hold it with style, warmth and authority.
10

Laughter, learning, and a bit of magic.

Doctor Dance will make your audience laugh out loud, move with joy, and think differently about themselves and each other. It’s not just a keynote — it’s a Doctor Dance Experience.
